Yes. All pieces are handmade to order or made in small batches using crochet and knit techniques. Due to the nature of handmade work, minor variations in color, stitch, and fit are normal and part of the uniqueness of each piece.
✦ Processing & Creation Times
Because each item is handmade, processing times vary based on order size, complexity, and current workload.
Standard Processing Times:
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 3–5 business days
• Single Custom Item: 2 weeks - 3 weeeks
• Multi-Item or Large Custom Orders: 3–8 weeks (depends solely on the current custom order line and the size of those orders.)
• Bulk or Collection Orders: Timeline provided after consultation
Processing time does not include shipping time.
✦ Rush Orders
Need it sooner? A $60 Rush Order Fee is available.
• Rush orders skip the line
• Reduces processing time to 3–5 business days (depending on item complexity)
• Rush fees are non-refundable
• Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed for all items

✦ Shipping Information
• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier
• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered
Optional shipping insurance is strongly recommended. Contact to inquire about this option for larger orders!

• All ready-to-ship items are FINAL SALE
• No refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Size and product details are listed on every creations product page. Please verify sizing is correct before placing your order.
Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.
✦ Alterations & Adjustments
** Minor alterations may be available on a case-by-case basis.
• Alteration requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping and alteration fees
• Alterations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges
Not all pieces can be altered due to yarn structure or design integrity.

• Measurements are based on the information provided by the customer
• We are not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect measurements
• Crochet and knit garments naturally have stretch; fit may vary depending on body shape and wear

✦ Yarn & Material Care
Each item comes with care instructions. In general:
• Hand wash cold
• Lay flat to dry
• Do not wring or machine dry unless stated otherwise
Improper care may result in damage, and we are not responsible for care-related wear.
✦ Cancellations & Order Changes
• Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase
• Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified
• Rush fees and custom deposits are non-refundable
✦ Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks
Due to the handmade nature of our work:
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL
• No refunds, exchanges. (store credit can be offered on a case by case basis)
• Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with documented proof of policies, order details, and delivery confirmation
